Experience with bench/lab test equipment desired. Knowledge of high-speed telecommunications technologies (DS3/E3, xDSL, 3G/10G transceivers, ATM, switch fabric, etc). desired. Years experience in the test development of semiconductor-based products, including design-for-test, production test hardware/software solutions, characterization test programs, and volume production required.
